But what I can tell you is the custard cups here are absolutely amazing and I can't wait to get more of them! “ I haven't been in Kearny NJ for a while and on my way to Montclair decided to look for a bakery to get some Portuguese pastries. I Googled Portuguese bakeries and found Arcos close by. I took a detour for about 5 minutes off 280 West and did a quick pit stop for baked goods. They have a indoor and outdoor seating, a good selection of cakes, coffee, tea, sandwiches, breakfast and pastries. They have cannolis, fruit tarts, brownies, macaroons, and the list goes on. The staff was very friendly, it's clean and the prices were really in expensive. I picked up a few pasteis de nata, doradinho, pata de viada, some kind of chicken pastry. I tasted one of the custard pastries when I came home and it was great. I would definitely recommend them and will be back when I'm in the area. ”
